TIPS for submitting effective releases & notifications:
	- The item should be "news-worthy" relating a new idea, concept, personnel added or new services you are offering. - Flyer material is not reposted due to size limitations. We prefer text or email submissions when and if possible. - Please include accurate contact information such as contact person, telephone numbers and email addresses. - Logos cannot be included in weekly mass mails due to size restrictions. - The automated form was removed due to spamming attempts, we apologize for the inconvenience. - Please refrain from sending entire annual lengthy announcements.
